Soalheiro Mineral Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, Vicentino's varieties show their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that form, promoting an ideal concentration of acids. organics, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Freixenet Mini Ice Cuvée Especial Rose
To prepare Freixenet Ice Rose, two noble red varieties, Grenache and Pinot Noir, were used. Grenache brings a spicy and ripe touch of red fruits, while Pinot Noir increases the freshness, acidity and taste of fruits. Chardonnay's touch makes the wine more intense and balances the effect of ice.It has an intense aroma of fruits, raspberries, blackthorn and strawberries. Manual harvest, in small open boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The maceration and winemaking takes 2 to 3 weeks. Maceration and fermentation temperatures under total control. Joseph Drouhin seeks full control of the extraction process; the extraction gives color and substance to a wine, but it should never be detrimental to its delicacy and typical character. An exceptional wine, deep ruby ??red in color, with the lively shine of the great Burgundies. Intense and fresh nose for young wines. The primary notes of red fruits dominate, such as Morello cherry, raspberry, blackberry. There are notes of complexity with smoky flavors that evolve into licorice. When the wine is maturing, aromas of pepper, tobacco, humus and undergrowth appear. When drinking wine, the first impression is always crisp and the texture fleshy. The body is firm without being rough, well geared without being heavy. In younger wines there is great freshness. With age, wine becomes round. It acquires "gras" (velvety texture) and a more precise architecture, supported by silky tannins. It is alive and at the same time exquisite. Comtes Rose has a rich rose colour. The bubbles are extraordinarily delicate and form a wonderfully fine necklace of mousse. The nose is refined, fresh and young, revealing subtle and complex aromas of berries gently combining wild strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. In the background blossoms a hint of fresh almonds and liquorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and structured, with a tannin tartness reminiscent of blackcurrant and red wine poached pears. The generous finish maintains balance and freshness. Still young, but already possessing great class, Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2006 has a tannic structure that is becoming rounder and its depth and perfection are still improving. It is a wine for celebration and ceremony and is an ideal accompaniment for fruit desserts such as strawberries, Tarte Tatin or poached pears. Contains sulfites.
Armand de Brignac Rose
The Champagne Armand de Brignac Rosé is crafted with Pinot Noir from old vines, planted in the Montagne de Reims, that produce fruit with powerful flavor intensity. The resulting cuvée features bright, fresh layers of red fruits, complemented by hints of baked pastry aromas. Strawberry, currants and cherry on the nose, with floral hints and a touch of sweet almond. Cava with a beautiful golden color, with faint reddish memories that evoke its noble varietal origin. Its very fine bubbles make it rise in beautiful and abundant rosaries. Quinta do Poço do Lobo Baga Pinot Noir Rose
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, the must was fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This was followed by extraction with free yeasts, with re-fermentation taking place in a cellar for 25 days at 14 ºC, followed by a 60-month aging period in bottle on lees. Pink color defined with hints of onion skin, aromas of acidic red fruits, buttery notes, evident toasted notes and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of a rich and complex palette. It has great gustatory complexity, very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.
Luiz Costa Bruto White
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between mid-August and the first days of September, the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The referral was carried out in a basement for 26 days at 15 ºC, followed by a 20-month bottle-aging period. Straw yellow color, aroma of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter cookie, and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. It has very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good taste persistence. Contains sulfites.
