Quinta das Bágeiras Colheita White
The Quinta das Bágeiras white harvest wine comes from vineyards with little more than 15 years. It is vinified by an ancestral process, the wort being placed in small open decanters of 1m2 where it remains between 24 to 36 hours to make the decanting through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the wort is tranferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments, with a temperature control made with cooled water drop. It is a wine that ferments only with indigenous yeasts, proper of the graoe, without any addition of enzymes or extra yeasts. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta das Bágeiras Aguardente VÃnica VelhÃssima
This brandy was obtained from an early harvest of the berry variety, in the majority of the vines, exclusively for the production of brandy, and the decanting of the white wines. It was distilled in our charentais still and aged for 25 years in new 50 liter barrels of wood in the zone of greater thermal amplitude of the Cellar. Contains sulfites.
Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira Red
The grapes of this wine originate in very old vines (age over 90 years). They are fermented between 5 to 8 days in open winery and without destemming (the berries are not removed from the bunch). Then a reassembly is done with wood masses several times a day until they reach the correct intensity. Afterwards, the wine finishes the fermentation in old wooden barrels. While it rests it is cleaned and it stays in the same barrels about 18 months. It is bottled without any glue or filtration. All these processes are done manually. It is a wine that is produced only in years of exceptional quality.
Contains Sulfites.

Quinta das Bágeiras Pai Abel White
It is a wine from grapes coming from vineyards around 15 years old, to which production has been drastically reduced. It was vinified from open spout, the wort being placed in small decanters of 1m³ where it remained between 24 to 36 hours to make the decanting through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, it was fermented in used French oak barrels that we acquired in the region of Burgundy. It was made a slight bâtonnage and staged in the barrels until completely clear, naturally. Bottled without filtering or gluing. Contains Sulfites.
