Vinha de São Lázaro Single Vineyard Red
29,69 €
Aged for 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected on the manual sorting table. After crushing, they are trodden in marble vats with traditional foot treading. Transfer to stainless steel vats where the alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. The aroma denotes a good concentration of very ripe fruit with a touch of vegetable like dried grass and truffles. Rich and voluminous fruit with soft tannins and a toasted and long finish.
Alameda de Santar Parcelas Red

This wine is produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes, an identity red variety of the Dão region. Grapes harvested manually, transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery located on the farm, with a very short transport time. Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 22ºC. Aging for 24 months in used French oak barrels, followed by aging in stainless steel for 12 months and 6 months in bottle. Touriga Nacional reveals all its finesse and elegance in this wine, with a discreet barrel involving notes of wild fruit, floral notes and delicate citrus. The taste is light and sophisticated, fruity and very fresh, thanks to the good acid balance. A classic Dão, with polished tannins and great freshness, full of character and a sense of origin. Vicentino Gama Nascente Sauvignon Blanc White
11,55 €
Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, the Vicentino grape varieties boast their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that are formed, promoting an ideal concentration of organic acids, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Aging on fermentation lees for 6 months, followed by 3 months of rest in bottle before being marketed. The wine that most reflects the perfect symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soils and the vineyards is Vicentino Sauvignon Blanc. In this white, the proximity to the sea is reflected in a more vegetal profile, associated with the typical characteristics of the variety, showing light notes of tropical fruits balanced in the mouth by a fresh acidity. These sensations persist on the palate, in a smooth and enveloping taste. Contains sulfites.
