This brandy was obtained from an early harvest of the berry variety, in the majority of the vines, exclusively for the production of brandy, and the decanting of the white wines. It was distilled in our charentais still and aged for 25 years in new 50 liter barrels of wood in the zone of greater thermal amplitude of the Cellar. Contains sulfites.

From the robustness of the classic Bairradino wines of the 90's, a lot with ideal physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics was selected under the Baga grape empire.
