Quinta dos Cardeais Grande Reserva Red is the result of meticulous winemaking, which begins with careful stemming followed by light crushing. Pre-fermentation maceration lasts 48 hours before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, ending with post-fermentation maceration lasting 10 to 15 days. This approach ensures the ideal extraction of aromas and flavors, resulting in a wine of exceptional quality.
Made from a distinct blend of Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, Grande Reserva Red displays a remarkable aromatic complexity, with nuances of ripe red fruit, blueberry compote, dried vegetables, caramel, honey cake, dates and a touch of spices. On the palate, it stands out for the robustness of its tannins, well-structured body, fine fruit and striking acidity, giving it a serious and gastronomic presence, perfectly aligned with its elegant and sophisticated nature.

The best kept secret of Francisco Costa, better known in the football world as 'Costinha', and António Boal, from Costa Boal Family Estates, a red from old Trás-os-Montes vineyards and named 'Segredo 6'. A 3.5 hectare plot in Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes. This was a wine that aged in new French oak barrels (500 liters) for 16 months, and another year in the bottle. But it still has "great potential" for aging. Contains sulfites.

The Bagaceira old Costa Boal brandy results from a selection of pomace from our wines. It is made with slow double distillation in a traditional still. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with an enveloping, velvety flavor and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Stage in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months. Intense wine with 17 degrees, strong, balanced, with notes of red fruits. Tannins noble and present. A wine with a lot of presence, rich and that has a wraparound and long finish. Contains Sulfites.
