Pre-fermentation maceration lasts 48 hours before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, ending with post-fermentation maceration lasting 10 to 15 days. This approach ensures the ideal extraction of aromas and flavors, resulting in a wine of exceptional quality.

Made from a distinct blend of Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, Grande Reserva Red displays a remarkable aromatic complexity, with nuances of ripe red fruit, blueberry compote, dried vegetables, caramel, honey cake, dates and a touch of spices.
