Célebre Data Reserve Extra Brut
The Célebre Data Reserve Extra Brut sparkling wine has a citrus color with greenish nuances, continuous effervescence and a very fine and persistent bubble. It displays a fresh and delicate, fruity aroma, with notes of apple, hazelnuts, walnuts and some toast. In the mouth it reveals the complexity of dried fruits, and a pleasant mousse with well-integrated acidity, leaving a delicate and long aftertaste.
GIZ Cuvée de Noirs
Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. After fermentation in the bottle, a 28-month reservoir was added. 840 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of red fruit (ripe cherry, raspberry) and light floral traces. Toast and brioche notes add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Reserva Bruto White
Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must and cooling at low temperatures. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats, with temperatures rounding the 16ºC for 3 weeks Traditional method of fermentation in-bottle, in a cool cellar, for 18 months, followed by the degorgement.Straw-coloured, green apple with tropical fruit aromas. Citric acidity, fine and elegant bubbles. On the palate has well acidity and is fresh and crunchy. Contain sulfites.
Quinta do Ortigão Cuvée Bruto White
Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static decanting, alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC, sparkling wine by the classical method and degorgement a la volé. Crystalline appearance with gas release, fine and persistent bubble. Defined citrus color, fruity aroma, discreet in white pulp fruits but persistent, nuances of nuts and light toasted. Fruity and fresh flavor and at the end elegant and harmonious. Contains sulfites.
Soalheiro Bruto Rose
The grapes of Touriga Nacional (red grapes) and Alvarinho are produced in the municipality of Melgaço in vineyards with a balance between the sugars and the perfect acids for the elaboration of sparkling wine. The vineyards are implanted in soil of granite origin between 100 and 200 meters of altitude. Melgaço, the northernmost region of Portugal, is protected by a set of mountains that allow an exemplary marriage between rainfall, temperature and the number of hours of sunshine required for a slow and balanced maturation for the production of quality sparkling wine. The Touriga Nacional grapes characterized by the low color intensity in our region together with the Alvarinho grape variety are the basis of this very light Sparkling Soalheiro Brut Rose. The Touriga Nacional caste complements the Alvarinho variety by providing mouth structure giving elegance and persistence. The wort resulting from this selection ferments the temperature controlled, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffers, already in bottle, a second fermentation. After this stage of fermentation and stage, degorgement is carried out, an operation that allows the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the replacement of the provisional metal capsule by the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine. Features pink salmon, thin, persistent bubble. The aroma is elegant and delicate. The taste is persistent and very deep with a pleasing complexity. Contains sulfites.
Vértice Reserve Brut Magnum White
It has a citrine color. In the mouth, it has a very fine and persistent bubble, releasing a fresh and delicate aroma. The palate reveals light and complex fruit flavors and a pleasant aftertaste of enlivening acidity, leaving a delicate and prolonged aftertaste in the mouth. Lots of brioche notes in the mouth that are soft and well proportioned, mousse and acidity very well integrated. Persistent and delicious .
