In this house everything is done with the utmost respect for tradition, for ancient knowledge, respecting the vine, the grape and the wine. The result is gratifying, with genuine wines, with great character and purity. Although made with old procedures, Quinta das Bágeiras wines are not fashion wines, but they are always in fashion. Impreterable to know them. This wine was elaborated with wines from the Bical (20%) and Maria Gomes (80%) varieties. They were harvested by hand, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Contains Sulfites.
São Domingos Grande Reserva Red
Concentrated in color and with an intense nose, it reveals elegant notes of red fruits and toasted nuances, reminiscent of chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is seductive and full-bodied, with the fruit present surprisingly fresh and the silky tannins revealing all the complexity of aging in barrels, providing a genuine and charismatic final set. Contains sulfites.

After decanting, fermentation in vats with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Stage on thin lees. Citrus yellow color, mineral, vegetable aroma with fruity touch. Fresh palate, of extreme elegance, with touch of tropical fruits. Acidity well marked in a fresh and complete finish. Contains Sulfites.

An open-colored red, as is typical in French caste wines, and with a fresh aroma with notes of cherry and pine needles. A wine dominated by elegance and freshness, but with a very present taste, in harmony. Simple, without wood or other artifice and with vinification in wine press, and very pleasant. A Bairradian view of th French Pinot. Contains Sulfites.
Casa de Saima Grande Reserva Red
Color ruby, with violet nuances, with intensity. The aroma reveals some forest fruit, earthy notes, all wrapped in any exotic wood. Full bodied, dry and fresh, tannin still well present and some concentration, is not an easy wine at this stage, but will have a great elegance and delicacy within a few years. Contains Sulfites.

Classic vinification in a mill. 12-month classic barrel stage. Classic nose profile, with raspberry notes and other incarnate fruit, fresh, and some evolution. mouth very interesting with complexity, pomegranates and strawberries. Despite some softness, it has intense tannins with flavor. Contains Sulfites.

Wine with austere profile, strong personality. Aroma with ripe fruit, which also denotes a little alcohol. Intense and loaded ruby color. Strong, full and dense flavor.
