GIZ Cuvée de Noirs
Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. After fermentation in the bottle, a 28-month reservoir was added. 840 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of red fruit (ripe cherry, raspberry) and light floral traces. Toast and brioche notes add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Cerceal Bruto White
Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. Palate in the mouth confirms the finess of the aroma, with slight notes of white fruit. Test final very good structure and freshness. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Encontro Special Cuvée White
Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Maturation: 48 months in basement and 3 months after degorgement. Tasting Notes: Crystalline with a persistent thin bubble and abundant crown, with citrine color defined. Complex, intense in dried fruits, biscuit, toasted cereal, toasted cereal and jelly of fruits of white pulp. Fruity, fresh, crispy sui generis mousse and long persistence. Harmonization: To celebrate life in moments of pure pleasure, or to accompany delicate delicacies. Contains sulfites.
Hibernus Grande Cuvée Bruto Natural White
Elaborated according to the classic method, with bottle fermentation, just like the world's great sparkling wines. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which gave rise to a very distinct product. Its minimum stage on lees was 25 months. It is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines, the date of which is shown on the packaging. Contains sulfites.
