Marquês de Marialva Baga Cuvée 2014, a Blanc de Noir where only 30% of the free-run must from pressing was used, aged for a minimum of 30 months, plus 3 months after dégorgement, before being placed on the market. It is an elegant, brilliant sparkling wine with a fine, persistent bead. On the nose, it is rich and complex, hinting at notes of quince, crème de cassis, dried fruits, and a noticeable, charming toastiness. On the palate, it displays the freshness of the grape variety, acidity balanced by a creamy mousse. It will be the most versatile of the Baga sparkling wines with the Bairrada designation, because it combines a high gastronomic component with the finesse and elegance that make it a perfect companion for leisure moments. Contains sulphites.
