Vicentino Gama Luar Pinot Noir Red

Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, Vicentino’s varieties show their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that form, promoting an ideal concentration of acids. organics, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in 500 liter French oak barrels with 50% stem. Aging for 10 months in the same barrels where it fermented. The aromatic elegance characteristic of the Pinot Noir variety is compounded by some notes from the French oak barrels where it was fermented and aged. It has an elegant taste, balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Arribas do Douro Superior Red
The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 to 400 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. The grapes that give rise to this wine come from old vines with exposure to the Northeast and East. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties and with separation at origin to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Maçanita Vulcânico Red
Selective manual vintage in 40 kg baskets, selection on a selection table, entry into the vat by gravity without using pumps. Open ruby color, nose with notes of alcoholic cherry, iodine and clove notes. In the mouth it is fresh, medium texture with a lot of salinity and fine tannins. It is a Volcanic Red. Niepoort Nat Cool Red
It comes from several plots of old vines. It was vinified in stainless steel, where it fermented for 5 weeks. The malolactic occurred in Inox, where it aged until bottling. It was bottled without filtration. Very light in color, it shows a fresh and floral profile, very frank and expressive. The character of Baga and Bairrada are very present, with good notes of strawberry, dried roses and some spices. The mineral aroma, which brings us to limestone and a markedly Atlantic climate.
