With this wine we want to honor João Leite Moreira, who had the talent and mastery to maintain and develop Quinta Seara D’Ordens with great innovative capacity.
Color: Deep Ruby.
Aroma: Expressive on the nose, with floral and mineral notes and ripe fruit.
Flavor: Personality of the three grape varieties, floral notes, spices, and tannin structure. Very persistent finish.
This is an intense, mature wine, specific to the Douro “Terroir”, predicted to age positively in the bottle for many years after bottling. Pairs well with buttery goat and sheep cheeses, traditional cured meats, red meats, delicate and hearty dishes.
