Of great authenticity, it truly expresses the essence of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Aged for at least 4 years, Haton Brut Nature has a golden yellow color with a perfect shine, superb effervescence of delicate bubbles forming a creamy flow. The aroma of this Champagne is complex and elegant, with a strong emphasis on stone fruits (white peaches) and citrus (grapefruits and lemons) with a brioche finish and notes of almond, toasted hazelnut and orange peel. The palate is well balanced and full-bodied with a fine consistency revealing notes of quince jam and candied apricots. The finish is fresh and long. Contains sulfites.

Luis Pato Baga Bruto Rose
Created in vines planted in clay-limestone soils, with the Baga variety. Vinified from open spout with very light pressing in vacuum press, in order to obtain a yield in must that does not exceed 60%. A fermentation in stainless steel vats follows.
