Ruby concentrated and viscous, intense of black fruit in the nose, the medeira is well inserted yielding greater size and finesse. Texture surrounds the mouth, abundant fruit, but also spices and the classic earthy flavor of the region. Contains Sulfites.

All varieties are vinified by direct pressing. Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless steel vats. Grenache & Rolle are partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage and gives the wine a lot of structure. It has a very clear light pink color with bluish reflections. This wine offers an elegant nose with delicate notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Fresh and balanced, the palate is lively and reveals seductive aromas of citrus fruits and marine iodine. Contains sulfites.
