Produced in limited quantities, this Cuvée was aged for 6 years in cellars before being released on the market. On the nose, notes of buttery dough, meringue and white flowers, underpinned by a peppery freshness. On the palate, the cuvée is mouth-filling and opulent yet restrained. Complex aromas of citrus and brioche balance beautifully. The finish is stunning and seductive with hints of dried peach and hazelnut.
