Luis Pato Baga Bruto Rose
Created in vines planted in clay-limestone soils, with the Baga variety. Vinified from open spout with very light pressing in vacuum press, in order to obtain a yield in must that does not exceed 60%. A fermentation in stainless steel vats follows. As the second fermentation takes place in the serving bottle, the wine stagnates between 3 to 6 months on the sludge before carrying out the necessary operations to finish it. Ideal wine to accompany several menus, among which stands out the roast suckling pig, even if accompanied by orange, since the lack of tannins does not collide with the citrus flavor of the orange. It also harmonizes with fish, seafood and meats roasted in the oven, because it has a high acidity that balances with the flavors of these delicacies. It should be served at about 8 ° C in order not to destroy the aromas of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.
Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Deluxe Brut Rose
Belle Epoque Rosé has the acidity of the citrus fruits, the sweetness of the flowers, a unique style of multiple sensations. A floral signature, a refined and fruity bouquet of peony and Rosé. Subtle notes of red berries, strawberries and wild raspberries. Brut Sous Bois has a complex aromatic definition and a character related to winemaking in oak barrels. The olfactory impact of a wealth of harmonious expressions (dried fruits, fresh citrus fruits and white fruits) associated with finely buttery seductive notes. Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.

The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the reflections of its golden color. The creamy sensation of the bubbles is combined with buttered brioche and mineral aromas. It presents a persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness. Pure intensity aromas of dried fruits, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with those of white pulp fruits. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
