Soalheiro Mineral Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. Vicentino Gama Luar Pinot Noir Red
Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, Vicentino's varieties show their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that form, promoting an ideal concentration of acids. organics, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in 500 liter French oak barrels with 50% stem. Aging for 10 months in the same barrels where it fermented. The aromatic elegance characteristic of the Pinot Noir variety is compounded by some notes from the French oak barrels where it was fermented and aged. It has an elegant taste, balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Ribeiro Santo Pinot Noir Red
Manual harvest for small 18kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation for about 20 days with gentle maceration. Transfer to used French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation took place. Aging for 9 months in barrels and at least 6 months in bottle. Soft ruby color, aroma of red fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries. In the mouth it is very round and fresh, with sweet spice notes and a long and elegant finish. Contains sulfites.

With Baga and Touriga, it has a beautiful color of onion peel and a very fine, expressive but at the same time delicate aroma, with wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouth, resulting in a sparkling full of luster and flavor. Contains sulfites.
