This wine is obtained after direct pressing of Touriga Nacional red grapes. All alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13ºC. A pale, fine and appealing rose water hue. Delicate aroma of floral notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries. Mouth voluminous and attractive, easy with a long, persistent and addictive finish. Contains sulfites.
Soito Rose
Smooth pressing of grapes with light maceration. Controlled temperature up to 14ºC for 3 weeks. Clear and crystalline appearance, raspberry color, very elegant and delicate aroma with notes of fresh cherry. In the mouth it shows volume and exquisite smoothness with a persistent finish. Quinta das Marias Rose
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. De-stemmed and crushed, followed by mass cooling and gentle pressing. After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 15 days. After fermentation, it was aged on fine lees for 3 months, having been "batonnage" during the first month.Rosé from Quinta das Marias is a refreshing wine that appeals to hot days with friends around the pool. that does not lose its flavor and freshness.
