Experience Moscatel António Saramago JMS Superior 1998, an exquisite expression from the Setúbal Peninsula. This Moscatel, with its bright amber color, is produced exclusively from 100% Moscatel grapes, selected for their superior quality. The vinification process includes careful fermentation with the addition of grape spirit, followed by about 6 months of maceration. Aging in Limousin French oak barrels enhances its profile, lending it a rare complexity. Aromas of orange peel, raisins, and honey combine with balsamic notes, resulting in a velvety, intense, and balanced flavor. This Moscatel is particularly recommended for pairing with regional sweets, elevating each culinary experience to a moment of pure delight.

Júlio B. Bastos Alicante Bouschet Red

This wine is a tribute to my father, Julio Bastos. It is a wine that results from the selection of the best grapes from the old vineyards of Alicante Bouschet, which were trodden in marble wineries and vinified with controlled temperatures. The stage is made in new French oak barrels for 14 months. The wine has an opaque and violaceous ruby color, with pure aromas of china ink, liquorice, notes of wild and balsamic fruits. In the mouth it is very broad, dense and silky, with ripe and round tannins. Contains Sulfites.

From Quinta da Vista Alegre, Cima Corgo, vines over 80 years old, planted on old platforms, with a predominant southern exposure. The grapes from a single harvest are harvested manually and transported in small boxes and vinified according to the traditional Porto method. After partial destemming, the grapes are crushed on foot in stone tanks. The fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of brandy. This wine, as it is produced, has great aging potential. Wine from a single harvest, aged in oak casks for a minimum period of 7 years. It should be served at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C. Keep the bottle at a constant temperature and protected from strong light. Preferably consume within 6 to 8 weeks after opening. Contains sulfites.
