Alameda de Santar Rose

27,11
Hand-picked grapes, transported in 20 kg boxes to the cellar. The grape is received in the press and the tear must, collected from an open spout, ferments in stainless steel at around 16ºC. After 4 months on fine lees, the wine is bottled and subjected to a new stage in the bottle until it is ready to reach the market. This wine is produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. At Quinta da Alameda, in Santar, this variety reaches the perfect balance of maturation, in terms of body, fruit and acidity, which defines our rosé philosophy. The color is peach pink, bright. The nose is an aromatic explosion, but always in delicacy and finesse, unfolding in layers, first, floral violet, then forest fruit (strawberries, raspberries), with some lime too. In the mouth, the wild strawberry intensifies and the acidity combined with the lightness of the alcohol wraps itself in the mouth with the texture of a foam. Elegant, sophisticated, fresh, long and addictive.
