Taittinger Comtes Brut Rose
Comtes Rose has a rich rose colour. The bubbles are extraordinarily delicate and form a wonderfully fine necklace of mousse. The nose is refined, fresh and young, revealing subtle and complex aromas of berries gently combining wild strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. In the background blossoms a hint of fresh almonds and liquorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and structured, with a tannin tartness reminiscent of blackcurrant and red wine poached pears. The generous finish maintains balance and freshness. Still young, but already possessing great class, Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2006 has a tannic structure that is becoming rounder and its depth and perfection are still improving. It is a wine for celebration and ceremony and is an ideal accompaniment for fruit desserts such as strawberries, Tarte Tatin or poached pears. Contains sulfites.
Moscatel Horácio Simões Roxo Superior
This Moscatel Roxo is the result of intense work distributed between the vineyard and the winery. The vineyard was accompanied and spoiled all the time so that the yields did not exceed 2500 liters / ha and the grapes arrived at the winery in the sanitary state and ideal maturation. In the Adega winemaking was idealized "own" for this product, different from what was customary in other companies in the region. It consists of an intense selection of bunches followed by a pre-fermentative maceration for 5 days, after which the fermentation is allowed to start very slowly homogeneously throughout the vat, reaching 3/4 of the fermentation in 3 days, benefiting this wine with the best wine spirits in this case Armagnac, followed by a post-fermentative maceration of 5 long months. The final stage is carried out in a 6,000 liter barrel where it is concentrated. Features a dark topaz color, intense aroma, floral, and spices. Round, very soft and fresh flavor with very long finish. Contains sulfites.

Color is pale yellow. The bubbles, very light and abundant, rise regularly to form a thin layer of foam. The nose, very pure, opens a contrast between an already affirmed intensity and a finesse that is revealed by aromas of pear, queen-claude, white flower. The intensity, is expressed with the aeration by an aromatic richness and maturity demonstrative of a wine already in the expression of its potential. In the mouth, the attack is lively, frank, precise, dominated by flavors of crystallized lemon zest and fresh pineapple. The finish, sour, expresses a good length.
