Vicentino Unfiltered Naked Pinot Noir White
Manual harvest. The grapes are carefully pressed in a whole bunch at low temperature, only the first colorless must being used. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The stage took place on fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats, with fortnightly battônage. The wine did not have any filtration before bottling. Cloudy in appearance and yellow in color. In the aroma, citrus notes of white fruits predominate, in a pastry environment that refers to the tasting of wines at the end of fermentation. In the mouth it is a wine with texture and volume, with a vibrant and very appealing acidity. The finish is long and saline.
Coelheiros White
50% vinified in stainless steel to bring out the citrus fruit, 50% in used 500L barrels and foudre to provide greasiness and texture in the mouth using bâtonnage for six months. The grapes are hand-picked to preserve their freshness and aromatic intensity. Its captivating acidity makes it a gastronomic and versatile wine, revealing a good aging potential. Characteristic varietal aroma with citrus notes dominated by tangerine peel. The palate is elegant. Contains sulfites.
Esporão Colheita White
The grapes were partially fermented in concrete vats. After fermentation, the wine remained on fine lees for 4 months, under conditions of micro-oxygenation unique to this type of deposit, which respect and amplify the character of the wine. Crystalline appearance, straw color with greenish reflections. Citrus fruit, especially lemon, with hints of white fruit and some green leaf.
Monte da Ravasqueira Reserva White
Citrus color, bright, greenish straw. Nose with ripe fruit, light passion fruit and Viognier mango. Notes of lime and wafer maria with light smoked and ripe pineapple. In the test, it has a fresh and mineral attack, full of spicy texture, but always with the same varietal sensation that it feels in the nose, conveying elegance, balance and fulfillment during all the test, end tostado and floral. It has great potential for bottling. Contains Sulfites.
Tiago Cabaço Encruzado White
The summer was hot, but Estremoz kept the great thermal amplitudes that are so characteristic and that are fundamental for the plant to achieve slow ripeness so as to obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. If we also add details such as the proximity of the winery to the vineyards, the soft presses, the low fermentation temperatures and the stage in French oak barrels, we have been able to make the most of a caste by itself. Contains Sulfites.
