Aging for 15 months in new and used French oak barrels. Concentrated ruby red color. It comforts you from the first moment through joy, minerality, the seductive fruit that is divided between red cherries, currants and plums, accompanied by discreet floral sensations. It is a determined but smooth red, deeply mineral, intense but elegant and fresh, with an endless aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

It was tried to emphasize the fruit and the freshness that make it so good friend of the table. Light pink color with salmon lava. Fruity, without being excessive, dry, fresh and invigorating. It is a rosé with a deeply gastronomic sense that enlivens and enhances the flavor of the summer dishes.

If we also add details such as the proximity of the winery to the vineyards, the soft presses, the low fermentation temperatures and the stage in French oak barrels, we have been able to make the most of a caste by itself. Contains Sulfites.
