Gin Mare Mediterranean 1,75L
In his production he uses the more traditional botanicals used in gin production, such as juniper, orange peel, lemon peel and candamom. But it also uses four plants, originals of the Mediterranean area, uncommon in the production of gin: Arbequina olive, basil, rosemary and thyme. These four plants are the ones that stand out immediately in the aroma, highlighting the rosemary. The lightness of the flavor created by the blend of citrus and basil, along with a touch of olive and rosemary make th Gin Mare a different and exotic Gin but nevertheless does not lose the classic taste of gin, characteristic of gin.

After carefully examining the flavor profile of over 50 different botanicals, Master Distiller & Blender, Kimio Yonezawa chose to combine 3 traditional European together with 5 uniquely Japanese - all sourced from small local producers and the finest experts in Japan, distilled separately to preserve character, and finally mixed together. Capturing the essence of each Japanese botanist through a vacuum distillation process, a technique used in the luxury perfume industry, 135° East preserves the pure olfactory notes and subtleties of its aromas.

Black Pig Montado Alentejano
It is a dry gin, unique in the world, representing the identity of the Alentejo and an incomparable ecosystem, the Alentejo montado. Triple distilled in a traditional copper still, from the acorn and holm oak, together with carob, walnuts and other organic botanists from the region. The Distillery is inserted in the Montado Alentejano, in the middle of the Alentejo Coast, where the black pig is raised in freedom, reason that originated the name of the gin.
