Gin Citadelle has a delicate, fragrant nose with fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, the development of stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon is remarkable. This appetizing bouquet resembles the gardens in the spring. In the mouth, the genievre berries give way to a certain voluptuousness, a printed complexity of floral freshness. The finish is elegant, round and very exquisite.
