For Summerful Gin a third distillation of botanicals from England and Iceland’s spring and summer seasons – Rosemary and Arctic Thyme– is added to the Original blend as a homage to the brand’s dual heritage. Arctic Thyme brings a floral bouquet of flavour and distinctive earthy notes with hints of citrus and mint wonderfully mixed with the fresh flavour of lemon and pine aromas found in Rosemary.

Wild Snow Dog is a Premium Gin distilled from the berries of the wild Juniper that vegetates in the highest mountain of mainland Portugal - Serra da Estrela - and of nine other selected botanists. The purity of the air and the pure crystalline waters that feed the roots and berries of this Juniper Serrano give an extra quality to this superb Gin of complex body and unique flavor. Serrano juniper, lemon peel, coriander root, kumquat, cassia, cinnamon, angelica root, almond, rose and nutmeg are the botanicals included in the distillation.

This limited edition aims to celebrate spring and its fresh scents. Made to the taste of Master Distiller António Cuco, it contains carefully selected botanists, which were distilled together in a traditional method, using a basket of botanicals to enhance aromas. In the end, dried orange blossoms were infused to obtain their amber color.

Pablo Dry
Gin Pablo is produced in Portugal following the strict rules of Traditional London Dry Gin. The final distillate has an alcohol content of approximately 80% which will later be diluted to 43% before bottling. The marriage between the various ingredients is achieved through the maceration time and the care and patience in the distillation. A batch of Pablo takes 2 days to be ready to be bottled.
