Whitley Neill Rhubarb e Ginger
Rhubarb essence adds a tart, crunchy edge to our smooth gin base, while ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish. Johnny Neill's gin evokes childhood memories of visiting his grandparents on their farm, taking a firm Whitley family favorite in rhubarb and giving it a warm twist with the addition of fresh ginger.
Whitley Neill Distiller´s Cut
This gin represents a very classic London Dry expression, with a focus on a dry orange peel and citrus. The profile is rounded off with the earthy spice and bittersweet balance taking center stage. Smooth and rounded aroma. Still present the juniper, now followed by the bitter sweet taste of candied orange. A subtle underlying floral note brightens the nose. Strong flavor notes of candied orange, a touch of white pepper and a solid juniper backbone. Apparently a little sweeter and smoother than the original. A pleasant oily texture refreshes the mouth. The orange persists until the end. The juniper is still present and complements the citrus. A little earthy and woody.
Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom
No Mistake was one of many nicknames given to gin, as noted by Charles Dickens. When it came time to think of a name for our new Old Tom Gin, “No Mistake” was a no-brainer. As an Old Tom gin in the 19th century would have been stored in wooden barrels, Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom uses the aged Citadelle Réserve as a base and then adds an aged Caribbean sugar syrup. Fresh and powerful, it starts with juniper, orange peel and cardamom. Then, more floral with jasmine and honeysuckle, vegetable with fennel and coffee notes. Full and elegant palate with bittersweet profile with candied lemon peel, genepi, aniseed and almonds. Then follow spicy notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and cubeb pepper.
Citadelle Jardin D´Été
Citadelle Jardin D´Été is made with 22 botanicals, including juniper berries, salt pepper and Sichuan pepper. The name alone betrays it, but you can immediately recognize the fresh and intense aroma of the flowers. You can also feel the fresh aromas of citrus and juniper. The nose is fresh and intense. It opens with notes of juniper and citrus (yuzu and orange zest, candied lemon), complemented by flowers (violet) and fennel with sweet spices and licorice in the background. Very delicate taste and with a beautiful freshness. Always floral, but more spicy and fruity. It evolves with notes of nutmeg, orris root and star anise. The finish is floral and fruity, with citrus fruits, almonds and cumin.

Komasa Ichigo gin is the third in the range created at the Hioki distillery by Komasa Jyozo, a producer of traditional alcoholic drinks founded in 1883 on the island of Kyushu.
