Citadelle Original
Gin Citadelle has a delicate, fragrant nose with fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, the development of stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon is remarkable. This appetizing bouquet resembles the gardens in the spring. In the mouth, the genievre berries give way to a certain voluptuousness, a printed complexity of floral freshness. The finish is elegant, round and very exquisite. Excellent in a gin and tonic with an orange slice or an anise star.

Colombo Nº7 Dry
A London Dry gin made according to a recipe of Sinhalese origin from the 1940s, Colombo no. 7 is distilled in England using copper stills with seven spices and botanists: four of them native to Sri Lanka. Cinnamon, curry leaf, ginger root and coriander seed are combined with juniper, licorice and angelica berries, providing an exotic gin without subtracting the London Dry style.

Eight botanicals (juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, sweet meadow, cardamom and anise) are slowly distilled in a copper pot. Then, four botanicals are fused in steam (gunpowder tea, Chinese lemon, oriental grapefruit and kaffir lime). Overall, it is a very balanced and surprising gin.

The freshly harvested fruit in our classic Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the fruit to macerate for a month to extract the maximum flavor. This 20% ABV liqueur is simply served simply on the ice, or added to soda water with a touch of lemon to enhance your summer sweetness. It is a perfect complement to dry the Prosecco, or mixed with Edinburgh Gin, lemon juice and confused fresh raspberries, then top with lemonade of roses in a Raspberry Ramblin Rose cocktail.
