First supplied to the British Admiralty in 1863, Hayman's still proudly brews Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin. The style is bright, crisp and smooth, with a brilliant balance of juniper, coriander and citrus – without being overpowering. This hearty style of gin is perfectly suited to mixing a classic Pink Gin. Also wonderful in a traditional Gimlet, originally mixing seamen's daily gin with the supplied lemon ration to combat scurvy. The bright flavors of citrus, juniper and coriander in Hayman's Royal Dock make this gin the perfect match for spicy Indian food, as the robust flavors stand up well to traditional Indian spices.

Jaisalmer Gold is an amazing artisanal gin produced from 18 botanicals, including many native to India such as Nagpur Orange Peel, Gandharaj Lime Peel and Turmeric. The result is an explosion of Indian summer on the palate. Luxurious, smooth and delicious.

About 10 plants are used to give Gin Nº 209 San Francisco its harmonious and crunchy aroma. Mainly the notes of ripe juniper berries as well as dried orange and lemon zest are what make this Californian gin so special.

A complex blend of allspice berries and cardamom distillates with two rinds and a bright citrus finish. Seedlip Spice 94 is aromatic, with warm spice notes, citrussy top notes of lemon and grapefruit peel, and a long, bitter finish from the highest quality barks (oak and cascarilla).
