Triple distilled in a traditional copper still, from the acorn and holm oak, together with carob, walnuts and other organic botanists from the region. The Distillery is inserted in the Montado Alentejano, in the middle of the Alentejo Coast, where the black pig is raised in freedom, reason that originated the name of the gin.

Made with Scotland's most notable malt and grain whiskeys, all matured for over fifteen years. On the nose, aromas of fresh and juicy red fruits stand out, such as gala apple, red grape and pomegranate. The high malt content of this blend is clear with notes of sweet barley and honey. Over time, these fresh sweet notes give way to a pronounced cinnamon spice. The fresh fruit on the nose continues on the palate and becomes slightly darker, with flavors of fresh plum and cherry. This is followed by citrus, similar to candied orange peel, emerging before a final pinch of cinnamon. The finish is clean with continuous apple and grape flavors.
