Gin Nº209 Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Reserve Gin comes to the palate with pleasure precisely because of the notes resulting from aging in barrels of Sauvignon Blanc. It also releases sweet and citric notes followed by more floral notes. On the nose it is spicy and citrusy. It stands out for its uniqueness and its unmistakable aromas, which make it perfect for drinking neat as well.

Citadelle's Réserve Gin resists intriguing maturation. First, it ages for five months in barrels made of acacia, cherry, chestnut, French oak and blackberry. The gin is then combined and refined into an eight-foot-tall, oval-shaped oak barrel!

This gin, added to the classic juniper, is combined with the aroma of pine, coriander, pine branches and even a hint of citrus bark, transforming it into an absolutely magical gin.
