João Portugal Ramos Alvarinho Bruto White
The grapes were subjected to gentle pressing. After clarification by static decanting, the alcoholic fermentation occurred at about 15ºc, obtaining the base sparkling wine. 15% of the batch was fermented in French oak barrels of 3 and 4 years where it remained on the lees for 8 months.
