Sparkling Wine

Fine in the aromatic set with notes of toasted bread, ripe fruit and light compote. The bubble is delicate, elegant and persistent, good acidity, creamy, smooth, excellent structure and long end of mouth. Contains sulfites.

The grapes of Touriga Nacional (red grapes) and Alvarinho are produced in the municipality of Melgaço in vineyards with a balance between the sugars and the perfect acids for the elaboration of sparkling wine. The vineyards are implanted in soil of granite origin between 100 and 200 meters of altitude. Melgaço, the northernmost region of Portugal, is protected by a set of mountains that allow an exemplary marriage between rainfall, temperature and the number of hours of sunshine required for a slow and balanced maturation for the production of quality sparkling wine. The Touriga Nacional grapes characterized by the low color intensity in our region together with the Alvarinho grape variety are the basis of this very light Sparkling Soalheiro Brut Rose. The Touriga Nacional caste complements the Alvarinho variety by providing mouth structure giving elegance and persistence. The wort resulting from this selection ferments the temperature controlled, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffers, already in bottle, a second fermentation. After this stage of fermentation and stage, degorgement is carried out, an operation that allows the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the replacement of the provisional metal capsule by the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine. Features pink salmon, thin, persistent bubble. The aroma is elegant and delicate. The taste is persistent and very deep with a pleasing complexity. Contains sulfites.

Ruby color, with good concentration and vinous wine aromas. Palate with not too luxuriant, elegant and aromatic body.

Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermentation in tub of stainless steel and in bottle phase. Maturation of 3 years in cellar after second fermentation. Citrus color, fruity aroma and fresh baked taste with bright floral notes.

Citrus yellow color, intense aroma, with light toasted notes, citrus, dry flowers and dry vegetable. It has a fresh attack, good structure, taste smoothness and balance, characteristics complemented by remarkable aromas in the mouth. Contains sulfites.

Elegant aroma, dominated by floral and mineral notes involved in a light toast. The very fine bubble and the delicate mousse give this sparkling wine a lot of creaminess, revealing a delicate and distinct finish. A "blanc de noir" from the Baga variety born and raised in Bairrada. Another challenge with the São Domingos style and a variety of unique taste that is intended to inspire new directions. Hand-picked grapes and the usual rigor of bottle fermentation lead us to believe that this is a case of success. Contains sulfites.

Concentrated in aroma, quality fruit wrapped in good floral notes and elegant toasted, light vanilla. Full and vigorous in the mouth, present fruit, smoky notes and polished tannins, all very well proportioned, intense and complex. Contains sulfites.

Very fragrant in the aroma, with expressive notes to red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and gooseberry. In the mouth stands out the quality fruit enveloped by an elegant creaminess, making the final set very exquisite and attractive.
