Little intense yellow color. Beautiful bubbles and refined. The aromas are guided by apple macerated fruits, freshly cut fresh herbs and some sweet pastries. The flowers on the right appear to be intensely fresh and complete. refreshed creamy foam. Again large amounts of macerated fruit with a sweet taste of light floral and biscuits. It ends with medium persistence.

Filipa Pato 3B Blanc de Blancs White
The grapes after being harvested by hand are gently pressed in a vacuum press. After a slight decantation, the must fermented with native yeasts in a 650-liter hull and stainless steel tanks at below 16ºC. The 3B (Baga and Bical from an Atlantic region started by B ...) was born from the desire to create a traditional method, aromatic, refreshing, honest and elegant based on the native grapes of vines that respect the farming tradition of the region. Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Blanc de Noirs White
Intense citrus color with abundant greenish tones. Aroma dry apricot, exotic woods, toasted cereal, toasted beans and vanilla. In the mouth it is complex, elegant, harmonious and with long persistence. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, where only the flôr wort was used. The clarification was natural and the alcoholic fermentation occurred at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum 24 months in basement and 3 months in bottle. Contains sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Excellence Brut Nature White
100% Touriga Nacional grape variety. A special parcel in our Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Harvest by hand. Total destemming and decanting at low temperatures for 24h. The first fermentation happened in a stainless steel vat. An in-tank batonnage was followed for 3 months. The second fermentation followed the traditional method of fermentation in bottle, which was held in a cool cellar for 24 months. Light and refined salmon color. Delicate and engaging aromas of apricot, some tangerine and slight toast. Lovely harmony between acidity and structure. Fine bubble offering complexity and freshness. Creamy body with incredible depth. Will age beautifully in bottle. Contain sulfites.
Cabriz DOC Meio Seco White
Produced with the varieties Arinto and Bical. It is a sparkling wine with a light yellow and citrus color, fine to medium bubble, very persistent. Nose citrus, little complex, with light pastry and sap. Sweet touch with good freshness and living finish. Excellent as an appetizer or to accompany seafood dishes, fish, grilled meats, various desserts. Store in a cool, dry place. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 16 ° C. Sparkling by the classical method.
Soalheiro Alvarinho Bruto White
The Alvarinho grapes used in the Winemaking of the Sparkling Soalheiro are selected in the vines with a lower sugar concentration and fresh acidity implanted in soil of granitic origin between 100 and 200 meters of altitude. Melgaço, the northernmost region of Portugal, is protected by a series of mountain ranges that allow a perfect marriage between rainfall, temperature and the number of hours of sunshine required to better ripen the grapes of the Alvarinho variety. A perfect and consistent harvest. The summer months and specifically August had moderate temperatures during the day and cold nights that favored a slow maturation and the concentration of the aromas in the grapes. The early September dry season contributed to a perfect balance in Alvarinho. By 2016, flowering occurred two weeks later than the last harvest due to little rainfall in winter. This year we started harvesting in the first week of September to maintain the refreshing profile characteristic of Soalheiro. It has citrine yellow color, fine and persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. The flavor has persistence and complexity. Contains sulfites.
Messias Milésime Grand Cuvée Bruto White
Classic base wine vinification with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle and stage according to the traditional method. Sparkling wine with a light citrus color, with lead tones, inducing greyish chromatic sensations, resulting from the red grape of the Baga variety, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the lot. The aroma is still quite young, highlighting fresh notes of lemon-like citrus fruits, surrounded by delicate nuances of bread dough and light toast. In the mouth it is very smooth and with a silky foam. Finishes long and fresh. Contains sulfites.
