After careful selection of the grapes and harvest at the ideal point of maturation, the base wine fermented in a stainless steel tank, with controlled temperature, after direct pressing. Aging on fine lees for 6 months with periodic batónnage. Second fermentation in bottle, by the classic method, followed by aging on lees and intermediate batônnages for 19 months, in the cellars of Convento da Cartuxa. Contains sulfites.
