The Redoma maintains the profile of a typical white of the Douro, fresh and mineral character. Aroma complex and intense, with citrus and floral notes, resembling orange blossom. The barrel is present but delicately, in perfect harmony with the fresh and mineral side. In the mouth, the wine is more elegant than the previous harvest, with a very balanced, firm and persistent acidity. White flowers and some nuts provide a slightly salty, very long and enveloping finish. Will evolve well in basement. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta da Rede Grande Reserva White
Discover the Quinta da Rede Grande Reserva White, a distinguished wine from the Lower Corgo in the Douro region. This white wine is meticulously crafted, starting with manual grape selection, followed by total destemming and cold skin maceration for 8 hours, before gentle pneumatic pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
The wine matures for 9 months in the same barrels, 35% of them new, with "battonage" every 15 days "en sur lie", enhancing its complexity. A clean and bright wine with a attractive pale yellow color. A great Chardonnay that impresses by its concentration and intensity exhibiting a complexity of tropical aromas like pineapples, peach and pear harmoniously integrated with slight nuances of wood and buttery notes. Excellent acidity, refreshing and very balanced, with a long and persistent taste. Contains Sulfites.

Hand picking, hand picking bunches. Pre-fermentation maceration followed by pressing. Static clarification, fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging on fine lees with battonage in barrels for 15 months. Straw color with good intensity. Complex and intense aroma reminiscent of stone fruits, flowers and spices. Dry palate, creamy attack, balanced acidity, good structure and very long finish. Contains sulfites.
