The blend of selected botanical species was macerated in wine alcohol, to which wine spirit was added, both from the distillation of wines at Quinta de Ventozelo. To the characteristic aromas of the forest, the vegetable garden and the orchard, joins the vinous aroma of the wine spirit that composes this Gin, which runs through the entire tasting, giving it smoothness and persistence. An excellent marriage of the fresh and citrus notes of lemon peel, mint, coriander leaves and lemon thyme, with the aromas of the woods, juniper, lavender, beautiful light thyme and perpetual purple. In order to maintain the purity of its aromas, this gin should be served with unflavored tonic water, ice and three juniper berries. At the end, the glass can be decorated with a grape or an olive.

These doubly distilled botanicals are wisely mixed in a base of 5 destillations of 100% corn grain. After the addition of the pure waters, from the Valle de Ayala, we get a particular result, exotic and balanced with a citrus tone, fresh and palatable.
