Dom Ponciano Grande Reserva Brut Nature Rosé

Monovarietal sparkling wine, with yellow citrine color, with fine and persistent bubbles. Presents a good balance between acidity and alcohol, where the fruity aroma of the Alvarinho variety persists. Should be served between 8°C and 10°C, being ideal for accompanying roasted meats, red meats, pork, cheeses, and oysters. This superior quality sparkling wine results from grapes of the Alvarinho variety harvested on a small plot of land, located at an altitude between 300 and 350 meters, with an age of approximately 20 years, sheltered from north winds and on granitic soils, providing the development of small, thick-skinned grapes with a slow maturation process, so as to preserve all the aromatic complexity of the grape. The harvest of this grape occurs earlier to achieve a higher total acidity and a provable degree below 11.7%, thus resulting in a fresh, light sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles.
