The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. The lottery followed. Aging for 18 months in barrels and 5 years in bottle. Intense color. Aroma shows great depth and complexity, with lots of pepper and nutmeg, macerated berries and moss. In the mouth, vigorous tannins stand out, but tamed by time and solid structure. Rich and exquisite, with a lot of freshness in the endless finish. Contains sulfites.

Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with a sweet and structured Tinta Roriz, growing on slopes at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is achieved through soil movement. The grape harvest is hand made, caste by caste, when they reach the ideal point of maturation, usually between the second fortnight of September and the first fortnight of October. Harvest is placed in small boxes of 10 kg. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all its aromatic elegance in large wooden barrels and a stainless steel tank for 7 to 10 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Georgina presents a dense texture with ripe plums and gooseberries. Sweet and fragrant in the mouth, with quality balsamic notes conferring extra complexity. Harvested by hand with maximum ripeness. The fruit was pressed together with a period of contact with the skin. The fermentation was initiated in stainless steel with ambient yeast. The fermentation juice was changed by a selection of French barrique, followed by a period of battonage to strengthen the middle palate of the wine. Nine months of ripening of the barrel in the fine lees have enriched the wine and increased the wealth. Before bottling, the wine was slightly filtered to preserve its integrity. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the nose exudes ripe stone fruit, lemon zest and slices of pineapple. This Moscatel Roxo is the result of intense work distributed between the vineyard and the winery. The vineyard was accompanied and spoiled all the time so that the yields did not exceed 2500 liters / ha and the grapes arrived at the winery in the sanitary state and ideal maturation. In the Adega winemaking was idealized "own" for this product, different from what was customary in other companies in the region. It consists of an intense selection of bunches followed by a pre-fermentative maceration for 5 days, after which the fermentation is allowed to start very slowly homogeneously throughout the vat reaching 3/4 of the fermentation in 3 days, benefiting this wine with the best wine spirits available in the market selected by the technicians of the company, followed by a post-fermentative maceration of 5 long months. The final stage is made in barrels of 225 liters of French Oak (used 2 to 3 Wines), where it is to concentrate. For this wine were selected the best barrels.
