Total destemming and alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC and partial skin maceration. Maturation for 48 months in stainless steel.
Claret color with brownish tones. Intense aroma in notes of forest, spices, noble fungi and mature tobacco. Intense and complex flavor, it is soft, elegant and harmonious.
Goes well with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed as long as lightly seasoned and well structured. Contains sulfites.

Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine. Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
