Discover Plantation Barbados Vintage 2013, a pinnacle of the Plantation Rum Vintage Collection, meticulously selected by Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel. With over 30 years of experience, Alexandre traverses the globe, seeking the finest barrels from the most prestigious distilleries in the Caribbean, Latin America, and Oceania, dedicated to the history, heritage, and specific production methods of each rum-producing country. Originating from the West Indies Distillery in Barbados, this exceptional rum is made from molasses, with a fermentation process lasting 2-3 days and distilled using a blend of column and Gregg pot stills. Aged in the tropics for 8 years in 200L bourbon casks, and further aged for one more year in 400L Ferrand casks in Europe, it gains unparalleled complexity. On the nose, it offers a fruity and spicy profile with notes of coconut, orange blossom, peach, and banana, enhanced by vanilla, roasted almond, cinnamon, and pepper. The palate is rich and spicy, mirroring the nose with a pastry profile of honey, hazelnut, and gingerbread, alongside notes of tobacco, chocolate, and caraway. The finish is long and fruity, with lemon, pear, liquorice, pepper, and toffee.

Plantation O.F.T.D (Old Fashioned Traditional Dark) is a high-strength blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica. Rich and warming with notes of spice, coffee, orange and clove, this is excellent in cocktails.

A beautiful mix of rum from Barbados, with five years in barrels of bourbon in the Caribbean, and then refined in old French oak casks of the Château de Bonbonnet. The nose is juicy, typical Barbados style; and reveals notes of roasted coconut, fudge and vanilla. 5 year old plantation can be enjoyed alone, with ice or in cocktails.

Abuelo Añejo Rum is a blend of selected aged rums, perfectly matched by Abuelo's Master Blender. Slowly distilled and patiently matured in small oak barrels, it stands out for its rich and smooth flavor. To enjoy neat, with ice or mixed in cocktails.
