Caminhos Cruzados Descarada Branco Doce White
15,74 €
Descarada is a sweet wine made in a year in which there were very high temperatures during the ripening period, which is why the grapes reached a high sugar concentration As it was harvested in late August, the acidity it presents is high, which contributes for the excellent balance between this and the sweetness it presents, giving rise to a wine that we can call “early harvest”, in which aromas of banana and white fruits with a pleasant floral component appear. Pacheca Grande Reserva Touriga Nacional Red

This wine is obtained exclusively from the Touriga Nacional variety from a 32-year-old plot installed at an altitude of 140 meters. After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested in boxes of 25 kg and sent to the winery where they were totally destemmed. Fermentation took place during 9 days in traditional 7-ton granite stone tanks with stepping and soft reassembly for leaching by blanket and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation took place and aged for about 18 months. Pacheca Touriga Nacional is an elegant wine with good aromatic intensity, notes of bergamot and violet with well integrated wood. In the mouth it reveals good structure, round tannins, freshness and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Séries Malvasia Preta Red
22,91 €
Malvasia Preta is one of the oldest varieties in the Douro, being present among the Vinhas Velhas of the region, although it was never produced as a single variety. With a distinct profile, it is combined with varieties such as Rufete, Tinta Francisca and Bastardo, which present more exotic and elegant wine profiles, living on intensity and acidity, as opposed to the structured and potent profile that the Douro usually presents us with. The curiosity that leads us to experiment with Malvasia Preta, essentially arises from the fact that it is an original variety from the Douro, being present in the region and resisting the harsh conditions of the terroir. Contains sulfites.
