This wine is straw yellow in color, with a high intensity aroma, revealing the aromatic complexity that is due to the particular conditions of aging and to the characteristics of the Encruzado grape variety. On the nose, the superior integration of aromas from French oak stands out where it aged. In the mouth, the attack is intense, voluminous, revealing a lively but very integrated acidity. The ending is long and memorable. Contains sulfites.

The aim of this wine is to achieve a compromise between the richness and complexity of the variety and the lightness and joy that only a rosé with few tannins can achieve. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the different varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with maceration being considered appropriate for their characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch aged in French oak barrels for about 20 months, and the rest in stainless steel vats. its gently floral and fruity components, and its lush and dense structure in the mouth, refreshed by the fluidity and delicacy of Alfrocheiro. A set in which the notes of French oak wood where it was aged are very well integrated. Contains sulfites.

The wines from the Alfrocheiro variety planted in Dão, are distinguished by their aromatic freshness and enormous capacity for evolution in the bottle. Part of this wine aged in French oak barrels, about 18 months, while the rest aged in stainless steel vats. The Alfrocheiro variety planted in Dão gives rise to wines that are distinguished by the freshness and variety of their aromas, complemented by a volume and tannic structure of great harmony and delicacy. It is a wine of great gastronomic aptitude that goes very well with a wide variety of dishes. Contains sulfites.
