Manual harvest. In the cellar, the grapes were selected on a vibrating selection table, with total destemming and light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in 500L French oak barrels. Golden color, nose of evident minerality, which denounces the terroir that gave rise to it. Discreet barrel that surrounds the ensemble. Good volume in the mouth and remarkable freshness. Created from the harmony of the varieties Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta-Roriz produced and vinified in Quinta do Soito. It has a grená color with violet reflections, delicate aroma and complete with blackberry and blueberry notes allied to menthol nuances and fine spices. In the mouth it reveals an excellent balance: the flavor is velvety and intense, great, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long finish. Serve at 16 - 18 ºC.

Manual harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days. Aging for 4 months in 400L barrels. Citrus yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits and orange blossom. Very fresh on the palate and with good acidity. Mineral and harmonious. Contains sulfites.
Château Les Justices Sauternes White

Sauternes, 40 miles south of Bordeaux city, is a village famous for its high-quality sweet wines. The Sauternes of Chateau Les Justices have always been highly appreciated by the best French restaurant for the high quality regularly maintained over time, Sauternes is a very long-lived. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Preignac, ideal environment for the development of noble rot (Botrytis Cincerrea), the vines have an average age of 25 years. The soil is stony (Graves) mixed with sand characterized by a clay part; subsoil consists of a layer clay-limestone which rests on the rock. The harvest is manual. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and lasts about three weeks. Followed by aging in vat at first, then in new oak barrels for 12/18 months.
