Created from the harmony of the varieties Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta-Roriz produced and vinified in Quinta do Soito. It has a grená color with violet reflections, delicate aroma and complete with blackberry and blueberry notes allied to menthol nuances and fine spices. In the mouth it reveals an excellent balance: the flavor is velvety and intense, great, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long finish. Serve at 16 – 18 ºC.

Casa da Passarella Abanico Reserva 3x Red
Classic blend wine from Dão, the Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. The grapes that serve as base are the Touriga Nacional, the Alfrocheiro and the Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually for boxes of 12 kg. The fermentation takes place in traditional cement tanks and pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is done, the stage is partially made in new French oak barrels for a year, and the whole process of stabilization for bottling is done in a natural way - we do not subject this wine to any type of filtration. Contains Sulfites.
Romeira Chardonnay White
Total disengagement, static decantation and fermentation at 16ºC, for 2 weeks. From Quinta do Boição, in Bucelas, this 100% Chardonnay is born. This wine was aged for 24 months in French carvalho barrels, second and third use, on fine lees. From an open palm, it is a wine with aromas of sweetened baunilha and roasted nuts, presenting a high volume in the mouth, unctuous with a light mineral suggestion. Contains sulfites.
2 Flores Red
2 Flores, is a lot that joins two regions having in their conjugation the structure and the elegance. Transport in boxes of 20 kg and total destemming. Walk on foot in traditional granite wineries. Alcoholic fermentation in wine press for 6 days with continuous work and controlled temperature. Aged in French oak barrels where it remains for 14 months. 2000 bottles were produced. Contains Sulfites.
