Soalheiro Nature Pur Terroir White
Biological Wine: The color and scent of Nature is intense and the taste is complex, asking to be discovered with enthusiasm. After all it is a 100% Alvarinho made without addition of sulphites, with complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Based on production concepts that value biodiversity, this Soalheiro is made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety. The bottling, without filtration, causes the wine in the bottle to be subject to deposit, being this deposit essential for the protection of the oxidation, facilitating a stable evolution of this Out-of-the-Box Soil. Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually in the vineyards of Quinta da Soalheiro, where we use production concepts that value biodiversity and the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting environmental sustainability. The color and aroma are intense and despite the absence of added sulfites the aroma and the flavor have minerality and fruit. flavor is complex with soft onset and round due to malolactic complete with striking and intense finish.
Soalheiro Mineral Magnum Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. Quinta dos Murças Margem Red
Quinta dos Murças Margem, from the Douro region, staggered in barrels of 500Lts of used French oak for about 9 months. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. Very intense and exuberant, dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackberry and cassia, balsamic aromas, such as the stew, and soft notes of spices from the used wood stage. Concentrated, it has very mature tannins that, together with its acidity, present but well wrapped, give it a sensation of volume, body and freshness. It has a very long and persistent finish, where the aromas of more mature fruits dominate, allowing to predict a great longevity. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc / Alvarinho White
Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. In this way, a wine at the same time aromatic, with vegetable touches of Sauvignon Blanc, with a wider and mineral finish, reached by the depth of Alvarinho. A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats. Monólogo Arinto is a monocasta wine produced with grapes from the P24 plot of Quinta de Santa Teresa, using sustainable farming practices. This property is in conversion to organic production. It is a fresh wine with delicate aromas and good acidity. Citrine color with crystalline tones. It has white fruit aromas with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending.
