After 4 generations of producing traditional grape spirits, the time has come to produce a grape that combines the best of traditional spirits, with more modernist details, and without losing the soul of a pure Lusitanian bagasse and specifically from Bairrada. The best grape marc from the best Baga da Bairrada wines was selected, and the whole winemaking and maturation process was carefully monitored. Several slow and detailed distillations were carried out in copper vessels by direct vapor trail and the best distillates were selected, both in test and analytically in the laboratory. With a fresh and vinous aroma, it has notes of fresh bagasse and nuances of grape must, allied with a good floral component (some orange blossom) and passion fruit. Contains sulfites.

Located near Pinhão on the right bank of the Douro and with a spectacular view of the river, Quinta da Boavista is one of the most iconic properties in the region, known not only for its historical connection to Baron de Forrester but also for its 40 hectares of high quality vineyards. The Vine of the Ujo was planted in 1930 in pre-phylloxeric horizontal levels and the land is supported by small schist walls. Its more than 25 breeds spread on small terraces exposed to the sunset. The vineyard has an altitude that varies between 180 and 210 meters. Deep red and deep red wine. Impressive aroma that takes us to an orchard of bergamots, fresh wild scents, as well as floral notes and minerals, demonstrating a superb complexity and depth.
