Profile of great intensity, mineral, spicy and complex with notes of phosphorus head and light gunpowder. In the proof it is voluminous and textured, mineral and with predominance of notes of pineapple, mandarin and light mint. A wine to prove already, but with great guarding potential. Destemming, thermal shock, skin maceration, pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperatures: 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in new American and French oak barrels. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and in new oak barrels, on fine lees. Crystalline appearance, straw color with greenish reflections. Grapefruit and apricot notes, notes of mint green complemented with white pepper and nutmeg. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, balanced between fruit and spices. An intense and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Dona Maria Amantis Reserva White
Dona Maria Amantis White Reserve is fermented in 400-liter barrels of French oak, followed by batônnage for 6 months. Wine with a beautiful golden color with greenish glints. There are notes of well integrated wood with mango, orange and pear fruit. In the mouth the attack is silky, enhancing its good volume which is in balance with firm and elegant acidity, demonstrating a lingering wine. Contains Sulfites.
