Cabriz DOC Meio Seco Branco

It is a sparkling wine with a light yellow and citrus color, fine to medium bubbles, very persistent. Citrus nose, not very complex, with slight pastry and sap. Sweetish touch with good freshness and lively finish. Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany seafood dishes, fish, grilled meats, various desserts. Store lying down, protected from direct light and air. Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Sparkling production by the traditional method.
