Stage for 16 months in French oak barrels, of which 30% are new barrels and 70% barrels used. Very dark red color, almost black. The notes of ripe fruit and intense, although without any excess of maturation, which adds tobacco, graphite and a mineral background, are accompanied by a slight vegetal suggestion that adds to them an unusual complexity and tension. Vivid and powerful, austere but delicate, it surprises by the lively yet serene tannins, ending fresh and vigorous thanks to a well integrated acidity. Contains Sulfites.

Medium intensity straw yellow color. Dried fruits, particularly walnuts in the basket, originate from the long stage. Full, round and fresh, with good volume. Soft and very well integrated.
